Mission Statement

    The goal of our department is to rigorously educate our students in diverse

fields of medical imaging and radiological sciences .This education builds on a strong

foundation in engineering, physics, chemistry, mathematics, biology,and radiation in

addition to clinical training in the teaching hospitals and clinics.The end product a core

competency in a specific specialized area of medical radiation sciences.

Main Objectives

Our programs aims are as follows:

lEvelop academic programs and curricula that satisfy every professional requirement;


lTeach both traditional and computer-assisted teaching methods by using cutting-


   edge classrooms and laboratories;



lMplement clinical laboratory and hospital programs with-up-to-date knowledge


   and skills to meet the scientific and technological requirements of radiological sciences-


   related fields;


 lRovide students with guidance and feedback regarding their academic and clinical



 lTrain students to become qualified radiological technologists, radiation protection

     technologistsand medical physicists.
